AM use only. After cleansing the skin, shake bottle well. Hold at half arms length from face, neck and chest and spray. Close eyes and mouth while spraying. If preferred, spray into hands and wipe to face, neck and chest instead. Allow to absorb and 15 minutes prior to any sun exposure. Re-apply every 40 minutes or after excessive sweating, water, or toweling off.
