Golden Isles Center for Plastic Surgery Shipping Policy

 We offer free shipping through USPS on all orders over $75 to be shipped in the United States. Packages shipped by our Free Shipping option, USPS first class package, generally send within 2-3 business days. We will contact you if there are extenuating circumstances regarding your order. This packing time is an estimate, not a guarantee.  

 For shipping to Canada and International please email us beforehand so that our staff can get an accurate quote and time frame for shipping. We apologize that this requires an extra step, but we want to ensure we can meet your expectations of product arrivals.  

 Shipping time by USPS priority mail takes usually 3-5 days in the USA. USPS shipping times may vary by your location. Our warehouse is located in Florida. Further locations on the west coast may take 5-7 days to arrive. All shipping charges are paid by the company. Company will pay the shipping option after checkout is completed. Where possible, all products will be packaged for shipping as a single unit. If extra packaging and shipping is required, you will be notified of extra charges prior to shipment.  

 We always do our best to ship promptly. All ready-made, on hand products will be shipped within 2 to 3 days from the date of order. If there is a problem or change to the shipping time for your order, we will contact you. If your order is placed Monday- Saturday, and it is not a holiday, when possible we will attempt to ship same day if possible, however, we do not guarantee it. If you require special attention or wish to use a different shipping company, please contact us to discuss options, as there may be additional costs.  

 Should a package become lost or damaged we will work with the shipping agency to determine what happened and the best solution. If our tracking confirms the shipment (especially USPS) as being delivered to your location we recommend checking with neighbors, post office location, or postal carrier as often it is placed in the wrong box. Please ship to locations where your package will be held securely until you retrieve it in an effort to prevent theft or someone else mistakenly taking your package.
